Facility Auditing
ILC undertakes Sports and Leisure facility auditing through a mixture of:
Telephone interviews:
Undertaken as part of a structured communications series, this can yield an inxpensive prompt response
from a wide client and supplier crossection. This approach is also used as part of a focus group selection
process.
Focus Groups:
Structured discussions with small groups of clients in order to get an objective external view of a service
or amenity.
Questionnaires:
Questionairres are developed for each project with reference to your audit needs, and the key service
and market issues.
Site Visits:
Either prearranged or as part of a mystery shopper approach, we will go on site and undertake an analysis
of the facility through a mix of discussions with key staff and customers as well as photographic and video
recordings of the facility in use.
User Surveys:
Through discussions with facility users we are in a position to identify market gaps and draw comparisons
with facility provider information. These user surveys are undertaken through a mixture of face to face
and indirect interviewing techniques.
