Role:
Rollout project management of the wet and dry sports and leisure facilities at the Shell Sakhalin Energy site on Sakhalin Island in Siberia.

Profile
The project was for a $15 million indoor leisure pool and associated wet facilities, six court hall, indoor running track, cafeteria/restaurant and bar facilities for expatriate Shell staff on Sakhalin Island.

Irish Leisure Consultants were responsible for the final design amendments, health and safety profiling, staffing, operating procedures, programme development, promotion, business planning, roll out and integration of this second stage development.
