A €2.5 million greenfield development of an Outdoor Education Centre for County Monaghan VEC. The site is to be developed in modular stages allowing for its expansion on a delicate greenfield, protected lake site.

The site in addition to having ecological challenges due to the rugged unspoilt nature of the surrounding forestry, is also adjacent to sites of archaeological importance. The location, site use and radical building design, positions this proposed development at the forefront of outdoor education in Europe
